The Efficient and Flexible Crewing Project now owns the 4 ridres proposal and HRFU, with the help of the RFU have spent quite some composing a response document.

More Than Four - Our response
This edition is quite a wordy newsletter but I feel there is an awful lot of really useful informtion contained within. Our aim was to provide an honest and non-biaised article which explained in more depth the issues affecting the future of HFRS.
Hartley Wintney Financial Incentive
A SHORTAGE of volunteer firefighters is being tackled in a novel way by a parish council. Businesses in Hartley Wintney could receive up to ƒ2,000 if they allow an employee to become a retained firefighter.
