RMS Updates
The Retained Management System is now starting to roll out, its great and following feedbacks a few changes have been made....
As of today Thursday, 23 October 2008 the RMS has been updated to reflect feedback from the testing stations.
When you now book off via the phone, the system will now default to the quarter of the hour before rather than the next quarter of an hour slot.
Consequently, when you book off on the phone you are booked off immediately – you no longer need to wait until the following quarter of an hour starts.
