In essence, very little. THis project is designed to ensure that HFRS is not sexually discrminatory throughout its service. Are green book employees less well rewarded than their grey book counterparts and, as there are more Female employees in green book is this 'natural balance' or discrimination.
After the Rank to Role debacle, many of you may well be worrying that more changes are on their way. Our meeting dispelled the fact that Pay and Rewards would affect most of us. However a seperate project currently underway which is reviewing ARA's will have far reaching implications.
Let us see if HFRS take opportunity of this latter project to undo some of the damage they have done and the insulting way they handled RDS officers.
These pay reviews are an ongoing item too. We were advised that religious considerations, disability and age would all soon have legal implicatiosn for employers.
