Steve Tolley and Mike Scott did an excellent presentation which complimented Colin Ives and Paul Ingoldsby earlier in the week.
Where Colin and Pauls presentation was very emotive, verbally presented with great examples of the work undertaken, Steve and Mikes presentation contained truckloads of evidence and prooved beyond the doubt the tasks they performed.
Both parties left the hearing feeling that they had said and done everything they could and that it now laid in the hands of the appeal panel.
The Panels decision will be advised to you all in a weeks time so all we can do now is sit and wait...... |
