Salary Scheme #2
There has been a great deal of speculation recently, over proposals for an annualised salary scheme for RDS employees.
Over the next few weeks HFRS are hosting 4 sessions with invites to RDS to present their new model.
This will be an excellent opportunity to start to present to the project board how you feel about the introduction of a salary scheme and we would urge all members to make sure they attend.
The sessions will be held at:
Monday 10th May (01) Basingstoke Fire Station at 1900
Wednesday 12th May (19) Waterlooville Fire Station at 1900
Tuesday 18th May SHQ Harland Room at 1900
Thursday 20th May (48) Lyndhurst Fire Station at 1900
Do NOT let this project proceed unhindered due to apathy. This is about YOUR wages and YOUR work systems. Make sure YOU are heard!
